There are so many misconceptions about weight loss. People who are overweight are discriminated against and mistreated because the public is misinformed and judgmental. Many professionals also misunderstand the true reason that many people are overweight. Fad diets and exercise programs crop up all the time and especially around New Years thus victimizing these people even more. It is a terrible cycle that leads to poor health, frustration, low self regard, and a loss of money and time and energy. Sure there are people who are overweight because they eat too many Twinkies, but many other people have hormone imbalances causing them to gain weight despite eating fewer calories and exercising more.

The fatburning benefit of exercise comes 14 – 40 hours after exercise. Growth hormone is what helps the body heal and repair itself after exercise and it is only released at night. You must sleep to lose weight! We test each participant to determine the exact amount of exercise and the exact amount of rest between bouts of exercise for optimal results.
